Q: Can I test the utensils before deciding to keep them?
A: Yes. Since adaptive utensils require hands-on testing, we allow minimal use for evaluation purposes (e.g., trying during 1-2 meals). Items must be cleaned thoroughly before return. Heavily soiled or damaged items may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Q: How do I clean BaseSmall utensils?
A: All utensils are dishwasher-safe (top rack recommended) or hand-washable with mild soap. Dry thoroughly before storage. Do not use abrasive cleaners that could damage the weighted base.

Q: Will these utensils completely stop my hand tremors?
A: No. BaseSmall utensils are adaptive dining tools designed to provide stability and reduce spillage — they do not treat or cure medical conditions. Results vary by individual based on tremor severity and grip strength.

Q: What's the difference between your three utensil types?

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. We currently ship only to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
