Refund policy
At BaseSmall (a brand of BabyA2Z LLC), we want you to love your adaptive utensils. If you're not satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason.
Important for Adaptive Products:
Since adaptive utensils must be tested to evaluate grip comfort and functionality, we accept returns with minimal use for testing purposes (e.g., trying during 1-2 meals). Items must be cleaned thoroughly and returned in original packaging. Heavily soiled, damaged, or unsanitary items may incur a 15% restocking fee or be denied refund for hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return:
- Email us at customerlove@basesmall.life with your order number and reason for return
- We'll email a prepaid USPS return label within 24 business hours
- Pack items in original packaging with all components
- Attach the label and drop off at any USPS location
Return Requirements:
- Return request initiated within 30 days of delivery date
- Items cleaned and in resellable condition
- Original packaging and all components included
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
Refunds:
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Allow 3-5 additional business days for funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Order Cancellations:
Contact us at customerlove@basesmall.life immediately after ordering. We can cancel orders only before shipment processing begins (typically within 2 hours of order placement).
